Key Responsibilities
- Publisher Onboarding & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new publishers across EU, US, Ukraine, and LATAM.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with app, web, and programmatic publishers.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Align publisher supply with Admattic’s performance and branding campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns run as per agreed KPIs (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS).
- Collaborate with internal media and account teams to optimize delivery.
- Commercial Negotiation & Compliance
- Negotiate payout models, pricing, and inventory access with publishers.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, fraud-prevention, and data-privacy norms.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily campaign performance and share insights with internal teams.
- Provide timely updates on publisher growth opportunities and risks.
Requirements
- 1+ year of proven experience in publisher development, affiliate management, or digital ad sales (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
- Existing network of publishers in EU, US, Ukraine, or LATAM is a strong plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) and programmatic tools/DSPs.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
