We are looking for a person who has a deep understanding of the affiliate & mobile marketing ecosystem and has relevant experience with mobile attribution platforms likeβ―AppsFlyer, branch, segment, firebase etc.
Should be able to handle deliveries of mobile & web campaigns such asβ―CPI, CPR, CPE, CPA, CPS, and others.
Objectives
π You will be responsible to create and optimizeβ―Performance/Affiliate/Paid campaignsβ―as per the business objective; Own weekly reporting for the same.
π The primary focus will be onβ―Affiliate campaignsβ―followed by other channels such as PPC.
π You will be handling the day-to-day management of campaigns with a heavy focus on getting the best ROI.
π Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ofβ―all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance marketing effectiveness.
π Lead a team of performance marketers to help conceptualize, develop and test campaigns to improve performance.
π Analyze the market, competitors, and audience- providing actionable insights
Roles & Responsibilities
π Manage mobile delivery and ad ops of the campaigns.
π Help with New Business Acquisition.
π Account Management & Client Retention.
π Delivery Partners Management – Platforms, SSP, DSP, Publishers & Affiliates.
π Handling Publisher Engagement and Retention.
π Acquiring Potential partners.
π Negotiating terms with all new and existing publishers.
π Forming/negotiating strategic alliances with new and existing online partners.
π Exploring and expanding inventory for Mobile content offers for Value-added services.
π Finding and strategizing new sources of inventory for performance campaigns.
π Media planning for various Mobile advertising activities.
π Provide operational and monetization plans for campaigns and clients.
π Reporting on KPI, Revenue Generation & Growth.
π Integrate and Implement the mobile publishing tools and best practice system.
π Manage and mentor other Mobile Pillars β such as Ad Monetization, Production, and Operations.
π Must have an understanding of integrations with platforms such as Branch, Appsflyer, Adjust & others.
π Must have knowledge about all sorts of mobile ad frauds and their types to tackle such situations.
π Must have knowledge of all fraud detection tools such as Protect 360, Mfilter, and others.
π Should have good knowledge of the campaign setup process which includes activities such as S2S integration, GAID, IDFA, Macros, and other such day-to-day requirements to monitor it overall.
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit?
β―π 2-5 years of experienceβ―in large scale performance/network marketing, mobile ads publishing and operations.
β―π Leadership experience with an entrepreneurial spirit in building and a growing team from the scratch.
β―π Very strong knowledge of the mobile ecosystem. Experienced in navigating mobile platforms (Apple, Google) throughout the entire lifecycle β from planning and buying for the campaign and meet client’s KPIs.
β―π Understanding of mobile KPIs, especially as they relate to forecasts, P&Ls, and deal evaluation
β―π Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management, cross-functionally and externally
